Bill has 30 years experience in a range of senior roles in international sales, business development, marketing, strategic planning and corporate change management in the information, communications and technology sector.

For many years, Bill was responsible for developing business opportunities in Latin America – he has an in depth understanding of the language and culture of the region, both of which are essential to success.

Bill’s specialty is asking questions and spending time talking to ‘those that do’ as well as ‘those that manage or supervise’.  He is an excellent communication channel between different levels of an organisation and translates one idiom to another.

Today he works as a consultant and trainer and you are most likely to find him working with small to medium businesses, scaling down his corporate experience to suit smaller organisations.
